Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at Info@holabonita.am with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. We'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Info@holabonita.am so we can make it right.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
